Los restos del intrprete, quien adems actu en ms de 80 filmes, entre ellos Rosita Alvirez, destino sangriento, fueron sepultados en un cementerio de Quertaro, Mxico, luego de la disputa que se desat porque sus dos viudas queran enterrarlo en lugares diferentes.
